Uminka is a big impressive mare who stands a solid 17.1 hh.  She has been successfully campaigned upto 1.20m with a pro and in 2009 was leased out to two different people and was earning ribbons with them upto 1.10m at such venues as Spruce Meadows, Paramount and Anderson Ranch.  She is a perfect Jr/Am horse with her wonderful temperament and great jumping ability.  She is very careful and super fast in the jump offs, giving the rider a wonderful feeling over the fence.  Uminka is never marish even when she is being ridden while being used for embryo transfers (we have 4 foals from her and two more on the way).  She is a wonderful horse and has been ridden by both very tall (6'3") and very short (5')people with great success.

Uminka is by the 17.1 hh Calvados who jumped at the international level and has many international offspring jumping at Grand Prix level, e.g. Macanudo's Deniro (Peter Wylde), Royal Future (Allison Firestone),  Illussion (Tani Anderson), Silber Bird (Markus Beerbaum) and the list goes on. Calvados is one of the few stallions who has earned his "keur" predicate. He has this to thank from his above mentioned, world famous children, who won grand prix and world cups.  The jumping index of Calvados is extremely high with 152 points.

Uminka's dam is the Elite mare Harminka who stems from Mare line #38 in Holland the Viola B mother-line which among other things has produced such great jumpers as Lyminka ridden by Alison Firestone the approved stallions Topas and Okidoki and many more successful showjumpers.
