Westwing is a big solid gelding standing 16.3 hh. He has a very sweet temperament, he loves getting groomed and fussed over and will stand in the cross ties for hours. He is currently being prepared for his 2010 season where he will be moving up into the 1.30m after a successful 2009 where he competed at the 1.20m level. He jumps all natural obstacles including dykes, banks, table tops, liver pools and even a double combination of liver pools. Westwing is very careful but at the same time will always jump no matter the distance. He is a big powerful horse who has a lot of suspension in his trot and a very balanced canter, he is easily adjustable in the ring and is always listening to his rider, he both shows and flats in a simple french link loose ring snaffle and a small spur. He has successfully moved up in to the 1.3m at the Brandon Winter Fair, he is now being prepared for the outdoor season and will be continuing to be campaigned at that level.
