Braveheart is a big solid young gelding who will mature over 17 hh with ample bone and substance.  He is a very kind willing horse who is very easy to work with and loves people.  He is a huge impressive mover with a gorgeous trot that has a ton of reach and great push from behind.  His canter is balanced with good rhythm for such a big horse and his walk has good over step and swing.  He has only been lightly free jumped as he is so big and even though he is gangly he still uses himself very well.  Braveheart will make a super upper level horse for a serious rider yet he has the mind that any Amateur would love to be around.  He has been lightly worked with including lunging, free jumping and all routine work.

Braveheart is by Talme who as a young horse was successful in the dressage, hunter and jumper rings.  He now is concentrating on the jumpers and is doing very well up to 1.3m so far .  He is proving to produce super moving horses who are easy to work with and jump very well.  Talme's offspring have been sold as upper level dressage, jumper and hunter prospects the first of which will head into the ring in 2009.

Braveheart is out of Uminka who after having him was put under saddle and in her first year of showing in 2008 was champion 1.10m and had success at 1.15m.  She comes from one of the top mare lines in Holland the Viola motherline which among other things has produced such great jumpers as Lyminka ridden by Alison Firestone the approved stallions Topas and Okidoki and many more successful showjumpers.  Uminka has also had two other foals via embryo transfer and will continue her show career moving up in 2009.
